Film Festival Platform

Brings New Audiences to Film Festivals While Giving Young Filmmakers Broader Distribution for Their Creative Work ...

Cinema Ed works closely with film festival directors to recognize the talent of local students and enhance festival attendance by featuring a Young Filmmakers track. This customizable program showcases short films produced by local high school students that have been juried by professionals in the film industry, offers awards and even provides the opportunity for director 'talk-backs' and roundtable workshops that promote a rich dialogue about the creative process between student and professional filmmakers.

All this is supported by local and national businesses.  The Cinema Ed Young Filmmakers festival platform offers new and exciting programmatic elements for festivals that in turn, bring new opportunities for sponsors to connect with a young demographic, their families and with the local community at large.
